Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using AuraBio ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and AuraBio Inc. ("AuraBio," "we," "us," or "our"), a company incorporated in the State of Delaware, USA.

You represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using AuraBio on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may maintain only one AuraBio account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be terminated without notice.
• Username Policy: Usernames must not impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations. We reserve a list of system usernames that cannot be claimed. Inactive usernames may be reclaimed after 12 months.

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish on AuraBio ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant AuraBio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and cache your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms and to suspend or terminate accounts of repeat offenders. We may also report illegal content to law enforcement.

• Free Tier: AuraBio offers a free plan with core features. No credit card is required.
• Premium Subscription: AuraBio Premium is available as a monthly or annual subscription. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and is subject to change with 30 days' notice.
• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Price Changes: If we change subscription pricing, existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance and the new price applies at the next renewal.
• Taxes: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, or similar charges in your jurisdiction.

You may not use AuraBio to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the platform.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks connected to AuraBio.
• Use the Service for competitive intelligence gathering or to build a competing product.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security features or usage limitations.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without authorization.

The AuraBio platform, including its design, code, features, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by AuraBio Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform without express written permission.
• If you believe content on AuraBio infringes your intellectual property rights, please submit a DMCA notice to [email protected] with the required information (identification of the work, URL, statement of good faith, signature).
• Repeat copyright infringers will have their accounts terminated in accordance with applicable law.

• By You: You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, your profile and associated data will be removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
• By AuraBio: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We will provide notice unless doing so would compromise safety or legal compliance.
• Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your license to use AuraBio ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g., limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

AS-IS BASIS: AuraBio is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AuraBio Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to AuraBio in the 12 months preceding the claim.

INDEMNIFICATION: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AuraBio Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes:

• We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email and/or an in-app notification.
• The updated "Effective Date" will be posted at the top of this page.
• Your continued use of AuraBio after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, you may terminate your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

• Arbitration: Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules.
• Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.
• Small Claims: Notwithstanding the above, either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within its jurisdiction.
• Injunctive Relief: Nothing in these Terms prevents AuraBio from seeking injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
